Return Process

  Log into your Circle account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original retail box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, and securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes to ensure your return arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
